At Elegance Nail Studio, we are committed to providing the highest standard of service and maintaining a transparent, professional relationship with our customers. To ensure a seamless experience for all, we have established the following policies:
POLICY STATEMENT
Appointments & Walk-Ins
We encourage appointments to ensure availability and minimize wait times. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed. Please arrive on time for your appointment; if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or modify your service.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee or require a deposit for future bookings. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future appointments.
Deposits
For certain services or group bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments if proper notice is given.
Sanitation & Safety
Your health and safety are our top priorities. We follow strict sanitation protocols, using hospital-grade disinfectants and sterilized tools for every client. If you have any health concerns, allergies, or infections, please inform us before your service.
Refunds & Service Satisfaction
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can address your concerns. We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly fix any issues within 72 hours of your original service.
Children & Guests
To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that children not receiving services remain supervised at all times. For safety reasons, please limit additional guests accompanying you during your appointment.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Gratuities are appreciated but not required.
Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards and promotional offers must be presented at the time of service. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expired promotions will not be honored.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your valuables with you at all times during your visit.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, health concerns that may affect service quality, or repeated policy violations.
